  1. No Returns on GTIN / UPC / EAN Numbers

– All GTIN, UPC-A, and EAN-13 numbers are non-returnable and non-refundable.  

  > Each number is unique and irreversibly assigned; once issued, it cannot be re-sold or re-assigned to protect global uniqueness.

– Exception: BarcodeMine.com retains sole discretion to accept returns on other products or services (e.g., artwork packages, consulting), provided the request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase.

 

  1. Digital Delivery & Order Cancellation

– Instant Digital Delivery – All files are delivered via email or direct download at checkout.  

– Cancellation Fee – If you cancel before the files are downloaded, we will:

  1. Immediately halt any additional work.
  2. Charge a cancellation fee equal to the costs already incurred (typically 25–100 % of the order value)

 

  1. Defective or Undelivered Files

– Missing Files – If you do not receive your download link within 2 hours of purchase, contact [email protected].  

– Corrupted Files – We will replace any corrupted or incomplete files free of charge.

 

  1. Amazon-Specific Refund Policy

– Illegal Use / Hijacking on Amazon  

  If your barcode numbers are illegally copied or fraudulently used by a third party on Amazon:

  1. Provide proof (Amazon case ID, screenshots, etc.).  
  2. Once verified, we will replace the affected barcodes or issue a prorated refund for the unusable codes.

– Limitation: This guarantee only applies to Amazon listings and is capped at the original purchase price of the compromised barcodes.

  1. Limits of Liability

– BarcodeMine.com is not liable if:

  – A retailer (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Target) refuses barcodes not purchased directly from GS1.

  – Your Amazon listing is rejected for brand-registry or policy compliance issues unrelated to barcode validity.

 

  1. Policy Updates

– Changes become effective immediately upon posting; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
